Editor’s Note

With the great support and help from the people concerned, we can finally accomplish the publication of the sixth issue of UST WORKING PAPERS IN LINGUISTICS (USTWPL). USTWPL is published by Graduate Institute of Linguistics at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, and its initial purpose is to enhance the communication with respect to linguistics among students and scholars from various universities. The sixth issue slightly fails to achieve the initial purpose, but fortunately holds the chance to continue it.

We earnestly thank many anonymous referees for their efforts and patience to give precious comments on all the submitted papers. We also owe a considerable gratitude to all the contributors for their hard working during the reviewing process. Finally, we thank the Graduate Institute of Linguistics at National Tsing Hua University for all the helps making the publication smoothly.
